Lind D, Nova-Lights Moderator, has confirmed the following:
N-L Admin have begun auditing accounts. As they are audited, they will send each member of each program an email with spreadsheet attached to confirm the account. After a reply is received from the member per instructions on the email, refunds will be processed.
The order is by egold/account number, for example.
Accounts starting with 1
Accounts starting with 2
Accounts starting with 3
etc.
The reason they are using hotmail is for various reasons, such as keeping everything ordered and traceable.
And the order of refunds for each program is:
TMA
Stargame
Pegasus
It will take time, but everyone will receive an email, as long as your email you provided to them is valid and able to accept attachments.
