HPHyip Changes ownership.

Phil, the Administrator of HpHyip, has revealed that he has sold the Forum/Ratings site, and is getting out of the Hyip arena alltogether.
The new owner has not made an appearance at the forum as yet, but as soon as he/she does so, we will let you know who is at the helm.
All of us at Gold-Horizons, wish Phil success in all his future endeavours and hope that he pops in from time to time to touch base with us.
